Digital Skill Acquisition Programme Held for Staff at Federal College of Education (Technical), Ekiadolor
```htmlThe Federal College of Education (Technical), Ekiadolor recently organized a Digital Skill Acquisition Programme for members of staff as a refresher course. The programme was aimed at improving staff knowledge and use of digital tools for teaching, research, and administrative work.
The training was designed to help staff update their computer skills and embrace modern technology in their daily responsibilities. Recognizing the growing importance of digital literacy in education, the College organized the programme to ensure that staff members are equipped to meet contemporary academic and administrative demands.
During the programme, participants received practical training in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They also learned how to create engaging digital presentations, design simple flyers and posters using Canva, effectively use online meeting platforms, and adopt safe internet practices.
