The Provost is the Chief Academic Officer of the College, providing primary administrative leadership, direction, and evaluation for all academic activities and faculty affairs of the College.
The Registrar maintains student records which can include helping students schedule or register for classes. They also make sure that their academic performance meets graduation requirements in order to reach an institution's goals..
The bursar is the financial administrator of the Colleg. Managing student billing, accept bills or set up a plan to do so, He also help them set up payment plans and keep detailed records.
The librarian provide access to information in the college, he is responsible for its management, takes care of the library, its resources and other services.
